You've worked in HR, re-integration, recruitment, wellbeing or organisational consulting.
You understand how decisions really get made and where they go wrong.
You know organisations from the inside
You're comfortable in a room with a CHRO, CFO or COO.
You don't just give advice, you have conversations that actually shift something.
You operate at strategic level
You've seen too many programmes launched too late. You want to be part of something that gets ahead of the problem. Not behind it.
You believe prevention beats intervention
You're registered as a self-employed professional in the Netherlands or Belgium.
You have the space to take on a meaningful side engagement, roughly three days per month per client.

About EXIRE
HI! I'm Bibi-Karlijn, founder of EXIRE.
After ten years in HR and recruitment at large multinationals, I built Exire (with a group of super techy people) to do what most organisations never manage: connect turnover data, DEI figures and employee survey results into one integrated picture to act on it before it's too late.
EXIRE works with a proprietary methodology, the 6E Model, and delivers a twelve-month engagement per client.
The analyses, models and presentations come from us. So no statistics for you! ;)

What you'll learn
You'll learn how to read organisations through data - working with predictive models that show which employees are at risk of leaving or burning out before anyone else sees it.

You'll learn to see inclusion and exclusion patterns in hard numbers, and explain what they mean to leadership teams who respond to evidence.

You'll understand the financial logic behind people decisions: what turnover actually costs, what prevention is worth, and how to make that argument in a boardroom.

And you'll learn to work with the 6E Method - not as a tool to sell, but as a lens through which you see organisations differently.
What you'll actually do
You guide the full engagement and act as the primary contact for your client.
You know their context, build the relationship, and translate insights into action.
On average, this takes around three to four days per month per client, slightly more around the three measurement moments, when the real work happens.
This role combines well with an existing assignment or employed position.
You are not a full-time project manager!
You are the person the client trusts.
What you'll earn
You receive a fixed fee per engagement, depending on the size of the organisation and the package - up to €10,000 for a full engagement with a larger organisation, excluding any interventions you guide separately.
You must be registered as a self-employed professional in the Netherlands or Belgium.
